Below is the full text of the press statement addressed on behalf of
the governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose by his special assistant on
Public Communications and new media, Lere Olayinka yesterday.
I have called you here on behalf of His Excellency, Mr Ayodele Fayose,
the governor of Ekiti State to address you on the strangeand
anti-democracy conducts of the Department of State Security (DSS)
since AlhajiLawal Daura took over as the Director General.
Yesterday, the AkwaIbom State Government House in Uyowas invaded by
armed men from the Special Squad of the DSS.
